Grant Gibson

Grant is an experienced corporate finance executive having over 30 years experience in M&A, debt, equity and hybrid capital structuring and capital raising, as well as acting as investment manager for multi-billion dollar structured credit investment portfolios in Australia, Europe and North America.
He was founding partner of Alegra Capital, a special situations/structured finance investment manager, co-founder of an Australian SME lender and held senior management positions running credit businesses for investment banks including Deutsche Bank, UBS and RBC Capital Markets.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Economics) and post grad. certificate in Securities and Financial Derivatives.
